Dr. Kymrae Mizell Hill, known as “Dr. Kymrae” to family, friends, and clients hails from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, FL. Dr. Kymrae, began her career as a child in the Entertainment Industry as a classically trained competitive dancer. She continued by becoming an accomplished pageant winner, actor, and model where she was Cast in music videos, commercials, and numerous print catalogs and magazines.
Throughout her career in the industry, she designed her costumes and gowns, where she learned as a child, she wanted to be innovative and creative professionally. Thus, she pursued and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree and Graduate Certificate in Hospitality and Event Management where she received formal training in client services, marketing, catering, and special event production.
She has gained years of project management experience from this training, where oftentimes her services are requested by her clients via her exceptional reputation.
In 2007, she relocated from Florida to the Queen City– Charlotte, NC, where she worked in Hotel Catering Sales and Events, recruited and advised at-risk/first-generation college students, facilitated curriculum based coursework, and Talent Acquisition for Fortune 500 companies.
Soon after, Dr. Kymrae obtained a Master’s Degree in Adult Education – Human Resource Development, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership Studies exhibiting that lifelong learning is truly a philosophy of hers.
Now, as President & CEO of the TOC Consulting Group, she continues to spread her talent through public relations, human resources, organizational and leadership consulting, and also in entertainment and creative services.
Dr. Kymrae is a philanthropist whom has been appointed to Boards, mentored countless young adults, and received the Leadership Award in her doctoral program at NC A&T State University. She takes great pride in both serving her community and educating the community about public policy and local legislation. Dr. Kymrae is also a media mogul who manages to serve as Co-host on ESPN Radio’s “Coffee and Cash Flow,” Creative Director and Host for GOB Radio Network’s “Whipped Cream Dreams,” and as Creative Producer for “BARZ,” the web series.
